Global March for Peace and Unity is a grassroots movement propelled by individuals that support and promote peace. As a global collective, we are organizing a WORLD MARCH FOR PEACE AND UNITY on the International Day of Peace September 21, 2013. Over 35 countries have joined this initiative. It is a global call out to end all violence; end to war, an end to all forms of oppression, and an end to the exploitation of the earth. A tall order – but, we are idealists that envision a world that empowers, heals, and dismantles oppressive systems.
We are aiming to inspire all of humanity to join together for one day to clearly and publicly illustrate that we can, we must, and we will set aside our differences and stand together, united in peace, to provide a voice for our children and all oppressed life that live on this planet.
We are currently recruiting translators, social media savvy individuals, country page administrators, and ground organizers. Check the ‘about’ section for country listings. If you don’t see your country listed – please send GMPU a message indicating your interest in administering a country page and organizing at the local level. La Marche mondiale pour la Paix et l’Unité est un mouvement populaire, lancé par des individus qui appuient la Paix et en font la promotion. En tant que collectif mondial, nous organisons une marche mondiale pour la paix et l’unité, lors de la “Journée internationale de la Paix”, le 21 septembre 2013.
C’est un appel planétaire, afin de mettre fin à toute forme de violence, à la guerre, à toutes formes d’oppression ainsi qu’à l’exploitation de notre terre. Notre souhait est ambitieux – mais, nous sommes des idéalistes qui envisageons un monde qui nous énergise, nous guérit et qui démantèle les systèmes oppressifs.
Nous exposons simplement la situation actuelle de notre monde. Notre objectif est d’inspirer l’humanité entière à s’unir, le temps d’une journée, afin d’illustrer publiquement et clairement qu’ensemble nous pouvons, nous devons, mettre de côté nos différences et nous unir dans la paix, en donnant une voix à nos enfants ainsi qu’à tous les opprimés qui vivent sur cette planète.
Nous recrutons actuellement des traducteurs, des administrateurs de médias sociaux et des organisateurs au sol. Consulter la section « à propos » pour avoir la liste des pays participants. Si vous ne voyez pas votre pays parmi cette liste – envoyez GMPU un message indiquant votre intérêt pour devenir administrateur d’un pays, d’une page événement une d’une ville.
